Staff seemed nice, but this was my worst hotel stay ever. The rooms were dated, and no room service? Seriously? You gotta ask for cleaning a day ahead, which we did, and they still missed our room. Plus, the TVs didn't work. At least the bar area was chill, but the lack of service was a letdown.

The description of the pool area is misleading. accessing it comes with an extra fee, and it feels more like a jacuzzi setup than a swimming pool. I found the room uncomfortably cold with no temperature controls, forcing me to open foggy windows. Renovations brought annoying noise during the day, adding to an atmosphere that wasn’t as relaxing as expected.

I appreciated the blend of classic charm and modern updates in the decor, making the hotel feel both welcoming and stylish. The spacious layout of common areas was easy to navigate, accommodating senior guests like myself comfortably.

A Cozy Room with Great Amenities

Our stay was delightful! The suite was spacious with a relaxing view of the spa. The service was speedy and accommodating, especially with the rollaway bed for the kids.

However, the sound insulation left much to be desired. We could hear every door slam and muffled conversations from nearby rooms, which disrupted our sleep.

This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, a great spa, and 24-hour reception. I still remember when the staff helped me find my lost necklace. I highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming atmosphere. I'm coming back for Easter!
