The hotel is upscale, has very good staff and rooms, I enjoyed every detail. It has welcoming and decent employees. The location is handy, 4 km from Maplelawn Garden. They have a great restaurant, that was a definite bonus. Very nice overall experience.

Excellent location close to the children's museum with views on the golf ans town. And adjacent to all the attractions. Early check-in, parking onsite.

My room looked ike they dind't expect anyone to use it: window shade was broken, coffee pot missing, door help open with security bar when I arrived. Very limited choice of food in the one restaurant.

Location was good, rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable though not large enough.
We booked about a month in advance, for a minnie family vacation, our eight year old was really looking forward to the pool. When we arrived we were told that the pool was out of service and had been out of service for over a month, yet we were never informed of this. This would have changed our plans about staying there.
